    Key responsibilities of the role :

  • Interface with client teams .global and local. to identify improvement opportunities in client businesses
  • Assist in developing solutions for identified opportunities in all lines of banking business
  • Typical responsibilities would include;
  • Map as is’ and designing target operating model
  • Design to be’ processes or structures or work flow management or business solution
  • Develop and manage business requirement specification
  • Proposal support and response
  • Assist in the development of relevant new assets tools and point of views
  • Incorporate Accenture best practices and development methodologies into every stage of the project management lifecycle including Program Management
  • Lead specific project work streams
  • Experience :

  • Experience between 4 to 6 yrs. in the Banking industry or management consulting or functional or banking domain expertise
  • Experience in any one or more of the following :
  • o Operations and or Process management design analysis and improvement in leading FS organizations.

    o Payments processing or information processing in Financial Services or related organizations

    o Business or operations units of at least one line of banking business .Assets Liabilities or Wealth Management.

    o Digital or mobile commerce entities having Financial Services products

  • Experience in change management units .like BPR Business Change Captives Channel Design or Improvement teams Process or Operations Improvement teams.
  • of Financial Services Institutions is preferred.

  • Experience and strong understanding of either Retail or Corporate Banking or both.
  • Experience in process design managing business requirements solutioning functional solution design solution delivery lifecycle change management.
  • Experience in Digital or mobile commerce entities having FS products or strong linkages with the Financial Services Organizations would be preferred.
  • Exposure to working on client proposals RFP response and solution evaluation
  • Candidates with experience in core payments digital payments and lending .retail commercial and corporate lending. will be given preference
  • Additionally working knowledge and functional understanding of payment hub products lending products .like Finastra’s GPP Loan IQ nCino or lending modules of core banking products.
  • will be a good skill to possess

  • Understanding or awareness of different operating models and leading practices in banking sector.
  • Preferable to have a good understanding of at least one key core banking solution -SAP Banking or Oracle or Finacle or Flexcube or T24 or Misys or Fidelity
  • US work visa will be an advantage
  • Understanding or awareness of different operating models and leading practices in banking sector.
  • Basic qualifications
  • Should have a Master’s Degree in Management.
