Client Support Specialists respond to Gallup end-user inquiries over the phone, chat and via email. They employ positivity, accuracy and technical expertise while gathering information and assisting clients.
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be part of a global end-user team and will include a significant amount of international inquiries.
Gallup will provide extensive training for you to master various scenarios.
A Bachelors’ degree, broad knowledge of computer applications and experience troubleshooting technical issues are required.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in India on a full-time basis.
