â€¢To ensure cleanliness and orderliness is maintained in the company premises.
â€¢To coordinate with government agencies for required documentation and statutory compliance.
â€¢Handling attendance details and part of HR related activities.
â€¢To manage water, phone, electricity, A / C and all office related needs of the organization.
â€¢To take ownership for maintenance and upkeep of all offices.
â€¢Arrange couriers / Stationary.
â€¢Provide administrative & general support to staff. Develop and maintain a filing system.
â€¢Maintaining clean and healthy surrounding.
â€¢Book travel & stay arrangements.
â€¢Preparing purchase orders & quotation
â€¢Develop and maintain a filing system.
â€¢Maintaining HR Statutory files and details. Handling interview candidates.
â€¢Coordination with internal department and guest
â€¢Should have good knowledge of Office Microsoft (Excel / Word)
â€¢Demonstrate a keen eagerness to learn
â€¢Strong Verbal and written communication skills â€ English, Hindi and Marathi.
