Job Description :

•To ensure cleanliness and orderliness is maintained in the company premises.

•To coordinate with government agencies for required documentation and statutory compliance.

•Handling attendance details and part of HR related activities.

•To manage water, phone, electricity, A / C and all office related needs of the organization.

•To take ownership for maintenance and upkeep of all offices.

•Arrange couriers / Stationary.

•Provide administrative & general support to staff. Develop and maintain a filing system.

•Maintaining clean and healthy surrounding.

•Book travel & stay arrangements.

•Preparing purchase orders & quotation

•Develop and maintain a filing system.

•Maintaining HR Statutory files and details. Handling interview candidates.

•Coordination with internal department and guest

Requirements :

•Should have good knowledge of Office Microsoft (Excel / Word)

•Demonstrate a keen eagerness to learn

•Strong Verbal and written communication skills †English, Hindi and Marathi.

•Candidate ready to join immediately preferred. Candidate’s current preferred location - Western line.

•0-2 years of work experience, preferably in an administrative
