  • Prioritization in discussion with UK;
  • Tagging of demands to a particular Scrum or Release

    Reporting & Management of BI Factory Service Level Agreements

    Outputs described below.

    Gather the correct demand out of business specifications (System use cases)

    Tag the identified demands to specific SCRUMS / Releases

    Work closely with business and technical unit to ensure a common understanding of requirements and priorities

    Flexible handlingof demands will become necessary (change management)

    Create reports SLA

    Excellent verbal and written communication (to internal team and to customers)

    Management of timelines andService Level Agreements

    Telecom domain knowledge

    Attitude to plan and organize work to deliver as agreed

    Detail conscious, Problem solver & Innovative thinker

    Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

  • Telecommunication experience
  • Graduate / Post graduate in preferably technical streams (Engineering)

    Technical Graduation- B.E. or B. Tech.

    Excellent communication skills

    Written and verbal English language

  • Ability to respond quickly to issues and risks
  • Ability to highlight possible issues proactive
  • Orientated for process improvements
  • Being a problem solver
