3.To control the hygiene and maintenance of all kitchen equipment that you use.
4.To ensure that you are in correct uniform, cleaned daily and that personal hygiene practices are continually followed.
5.To follow the weekly schedules.
6.To help maintain staff morale and inter-departmental relationships.
7.To advise the Chef on out of stock items.
8.To always look at the operation of the Kitchen, and bring forward for implementation any suggestions for the improvement of our product
