Job Description :

Must be MCP SCCM 2007 / 2012 Certified or Certification in at least 1 Software Distribution tool

Minimum 6+ years of overall experience and 4+ years on Relevant Experience

Should be having intermediate level troubleshooting and need to work on SWD products especially SCCM 2007 / 2012 / CB, HPCAE or Altiris

Should have proven knowledge on Incident management and service request handling. Should be able to resolve the issues independently.

Basic knowledge on Packaging Process and Scripting

Good Knowledge on Windows OS

Proven knowledge on incident management. Ability to understanding severity of issue and ability to handle issue on Release, OSD and Infrastructure

SCCM CB Infrastructure monitoring

Flexible to work on 24X7 basis.

Good knowledge on AD and different AD groups, infrastructure knowledge on the SWD tool.

Ability to work on Package Distribution, Patch management and release management troubleshooting
