Role Summary / Purpose :
The selected candidate will be part of Analytics rolling up to Synchrony, India, The candidate will play a pivotal role in Digital Measurement Solution.
This is a technical and analytical role that will support in developing and implementing platform depended web analytical solutions.
The individual will provide and implement effective web / app analytics solution that : Identify and develop Adobe / Google Analytics Measurement Solution for websites and mobile native apps hosted by Synchrony, continuously update or upgrade measurement solutions to reflect digital innovations and to meet SYF standards and industry best practices.
This individual should focus on simplifying, enhancing and enabling business initiatives. Operate as a team player by providing technical direction to team members.
In addition, perform the function to research and adapt new Digital Measurement Solution technologies.
Essential Responsibilities :
Help Analytical team in building digital measurement solution(adobe analytics or Google analytics 360) for new web solutions / platforms and enhancements, working closely with requirements analysts, business, platform owner, testers, and the customer in an agile development practice.
Own the technical design and development of Adobe Analytics SDK or Google Analytics 360 SDK in mobile application.
Develop functional and technical specifications from business requirements.
Help create project estimates and plans. Represent Digital Analytics team in project meetings and solution discussions.
Ensure data quality and adherence to Analytics requirements.
Responsible for documentation, testing and maintenance of Digital Measurement Solutions
Ensure high standards of availability, scalability, and extensibility of internally developed solutions.
Work closely with an experienced staff comprising both Synchrony resources and / or 3rd party contractors.
Help define and implement complex Digital Measurement Solutions with Analytics team.
Communicate the status of technical stacks and initiatives to stakeholders.
Keep abreast of emerging Digital Measurement Solutions while maintaining proficiency in existing solutions.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in digital channel analytics.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Measurement Solution Developer for Website or Web application in react environment.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with tag management solutions.
Excellent analytic, quantitative and problem solving skills with proven ability to deliver.
Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills : Able to relay technical requirements to engineers for execution of custom code.
Experience in Test Driven Development.

Desired Characteristics :
Hands on Experience in Observe Point or applicable testing tools is Plus.
Ability to understand, design and build DMP architecture from scratch.
Understanding of DMP, DSP and ad agency architecture / connection.
Understanding around SEO, SEM and biding concepts.
Ability to research and implement complex digital measurement solutions in speed phased approach.
Ability to identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
