The SeniorWorkday Specialist will support atleast 3 to 4 process towers (HR Administration, Organization Management, TotalCompensation, Recruitment, Talent Development, Learning and Development, andPerformance Management) by providing analysis and consultation on the use ofthe approved HR data model.
Specifically the incumbent will :
Thekey technology skill required for this profile would be Workday at least 8 yearsof total experience out of which 3 years of workday HCM Techno Functional workexperience in workday configuration, preferably from implementation to steadystate
Screenall assigned processes for risks, issues and opportunities for sustainableimprovements. Identify continuous improvement opportunities
Provideanalysis and support to approved HR projects, to include testing scenariodevelopment and requisite data maintenance.
Manageprocess documentation as an important part of the overall enterprise businessarchitecture
Provideconsultation for the integration of employee master data as a result of mergersor acquisitions.
Performanalysis for reporting / audit requests
Compliance and Security relatedpolicies, procedures, control sets, and best practices.
The candidate should be willingto support time zones and work in shifts
candidate should be from IT Background
Certificationin workday would be preferred
Understandingof Agile Principles and Practices.
