Job Purpose - Ensure and support Branch Sales Deliverables in respect of location city and upcountry locations / zones. The Branch Manager will be business unit head responsible for Sales, operations, commercial and administration of the Branch Office.

Principal Accountabilities

1.Channel Sales Management


3.Sales and distribution for entire state in Consumer division

4.Managing Key Accounts

5.Responsible for Branch operations

7.Warehouse Management

8.Financial Control / Commercial function of the branch

9.Managing people 15 20 Coats employees , 20 30 C & FA employees

10.Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share

11.Recruitment of Sales force / Front line Sales Staff

12.Training and development of sales personnel.

Knowledge, Competencies and Key Behaviours Required

  • PG in Sales and Marketing (MBA / PGDPM) from Premier B Schools like IIMs, XLRI, IMT, SIBM etc
  • 3 - 4 years of prior relevant work experience

    Target Industries - industries like paints, lubricants, adhesives (Pidilite), tyres. Other consumer goods industries like FMCG / Foods / fast moving consumer durables like mobile handsets etc
