About Company : Company is a solid wood flooring company into the Building Material Industry sector.
2 to 4 years of experience in the building material industry, handling direct customers, architects, builders and contractors.
Experience in bengaluru market is a must.
Should have a two wheeler with valid license.

Nature of Job :
Job purpose is to implement / deliver end-To-End management of sales delivery in category portfolio following objectives :
lead sales within the bengaluru region to deliver business growth and profitability
develop and implement sales strategies for achievement of the targets
selling through direct customers, architects, builders, contractors and dealers.
full cycle consultative selling
build and manage pipelines by quality lead generation and nurturing, scheduling appointments and tele-Verification
running email campaigns
target account profiling
ensure delivery of margins in all the products that are being sold in the region & drive sales teams productivity to achieve the assigned targets.
monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region
conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region
contribute to the sales plans by providing proactive information on product quality, customer service, problems / issues, pricing, promotion activities required, etc.
identify new opportunities through screening and market assessment, estimate volume and develop a detailed plan on how to include these accounts into the existing distribution network and do recommendations for selection.
drive market development initiatives at regional level through schemes deployment, promotions plans, conversion plans, etc
drive relationship management with key architects / builders / contractors and dealers within the region.
plan optimum brand visibility and proper pos usage. Secure the display of the products in the stores and follow up the brand visibility initiatives in the respective states & territories.
feedback on the market and competitors and document such information for strategic positioning of products.
plan and participate in trade shows and all others public relation events, as required, recommending the implementation of new sales initiatives to meet local market needs.
Review, compliance & collections
timely review the sales productivity, target delivery, margin delivery and term performance with the state head.
establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the region are properly implemented to accomplish the sales targets
ensure timely collections from the retail customers / dealers and all the reconciliations happen on an on-Going basis.
