Job Description :

  • Will be responsible to recruit 10 Mutual Fund SBs every month and attain a count of 60 MFSBs by 7th month.
  • Responsible for delivering SIP / Lump sum targets
  • Activate 75 % of MFSBs MOM
  • Conduct SB engagement programs every month
  • Work on Inactive SBs to make them Active
  • Manage 90 % of SIP Registered to Triggered ratio
  • Experience Range : 0 - 2 years

    Experience in B2B Sales add advantage, Channel Sales, Business Development, Franchisee development Customer Service, Customer Relationship, Relationship Management, Good knowledge of financial / stock broking products / features.

    Candidate Attributes :

  • Candidate with the knowledge of regional language will be desired & preferred however not must.
  • Good knowledge & social network of the city.
  • He should be flexible enough to travel.
  • Should have good communication and convincing skills
  • Should be open to work in target oriented environment.
  • Should be a go getter and self-focused.
