The team has grown from five to 55 and now has offices in Bengaluru and Gurgaon. Their programs are offered in Gurgaon, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

As the Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition , you will be responsible to own the recruitment strategy and implementation to hire talented and motivated people who would be a fantastic fit to the organization. What you will do :

  • Executing a vision for talent acquisition that will support the company as they prepare to scale
  • Working with the leadership team and HR business partners and implementing talent acquisition strategy
  • Developing creative sourcing strategies to proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates
  • Partnering with key leadership to formalize, support and implement an employer branding strategy across numerous channels
  • Organizing events to drive recruitment and brand awareness
  • Managing recruitment process flows (Requisition to offer ) and ensuring TA team is trained and aligned
  • Refining recruitment process as needed and documenting the same
  • Working closely with marketing team in outreach to the talent network
  • Working with each functional team to meet their recruiting needs in terms of
  • number and quality of people

  • Proactively identifying and maintaining relationships with talent across various skill
  • categories and levels of experience

  • Designing, implementing and refining process pertaining to talent on-boarding,
  • performance management, and employee engagement

    Salary : INR 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
