üTo help the leader to achieve the portfolio business objectives by acquiring incremental accounts from the corporate and maximizing second product cross sell at the time of account opening üSource incremental accounts from corporate üEnsure FTNR on logged in AOFs is within set benchmarks üCommunicate to the employees the requirements of KYC documents (as per the approved account opening process) üCross sell an additional product within 60 days of account opening üGenerate leads for asset / investment products


Age : Minimum 24 to Maximum 30 years Education : üGraduate / Post Graduate in any discipline or an MBA from a recognized university / business schools üAMFI / NCFM / IRDA certification will be an advantage though not mandatory Past Experience : ü0 to 2 years of hard core experience in retail sales üExperience in handling Banking & Investment Products üFair knowledge of the market Past Organization : üPreferably from the salary background from any Bank Other Aspects / Skills : -

üGood at oral and written communication üHigh Sales orientation üEnthusiastic üMust be willing to take up extensive field visit üOrientation towards servicing the customer and understanding his needs is a prerequisite üAwareness of dynamics of local market üGood understanding of competitive products & their pricing
