1.CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

To assume responsibility for the entire relationship with a customer, from the point that it is handed over from the sales team

Work towards bedding in the account to ensure that all services are delivered that were originally agreed within the scope

Delivery, and management for collaborative and full serve clients (local / global support)

Proactively address any day to day issues that are escalated from the customer or the sales team and see through to resolution.

Escalate where necessary to the Head of Client Success

2.ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Produce benchmarking reports / account review decks to provide the customer with analysis of their activity. Utilise this to identify and progress any opportunities to deliver further services or ad-hoc projects

Develop new program plans for clients for driving greater ROI from their current programs

Proactively work towards securing the customer renewing their contract

Ascertain the potential for future cross selling’ opportunities in order to deliver the entire breadth of services available

Ongoing account management on a timely and proactive manner, which will include regular telephone contact, physical visits to the customer premises on an agreed timescale

3.SALES SUPPORT

When requested by the sales teams, attend meetings with potential new customers to assist in the pre-sales process

Prepare necessary materials and demonstration equipment to be used within the customer meetings

Assist in development of case studies and marketing collaterals for Consumer services

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Experience / Skill / Qualification

  • Relevant Experience of 5-9 years
  • Understanding of Banking / Lending fundamentals essential
  • Working knowledge of HTML preferred
  • Understanding of Banking / Lending fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Consumer Marketing
  • Good understanding and knowledge of all applicable rules and regulations
