    Job Description Position Overview· Senior Analyst for PLM Support and Administration team· Lead role handling deployments of enhancements and real time issue resolution in Healthcare domain

    Key Responsibilities

  • Support of Teamcenter PLM software - TcU, Integrations, Document Management, Account Management, vand Workflows in production· Subject Matter Expert in Siemens Teamcenter Unified which includes addressing end-
  • user incidents and requests for assistance within agreed service level guidance in support of business and IT priorities.

  • Implementation and configuration of Teamcenter applications· Experience in TC operations such as, Data creation, Transfer ownership, Change Group & Role, Saved Query creation, GRM Relations etc.
  • In-depth analysis and debugging of rendering configurations, BOM management and Workflow Issues· Participate in Periodic reviews of processes based on Pharma Regulatory requirements· Adhere to all the Validation process and standard · Familiar with ITIL framework and process flow.
  • Experience with BMIDE Naming / Revision rules, Deep copy rules, Action rules· Increase customer satisfaction by taking ownership to drive reported issues to resolution with minimum supervision.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem solving skills. Able to handle critical customer situations.· Knowledge of Remedy System to facilitate Incident / Service Request and Change Management · Knowledge of quality tool, HPALM for Problem Management· Co-

    ordinate patching activities of servers with Plan & Build Teams· Co-ordinate enhancements and bug fixes with Third Party Vendors· Problem solving skills and working on root cause analysis (RCA).

    Qualifications

    Sound knowledge of PLM concepts · Experience in Java coding & architecture· Experience in Teamcenter client & server customization.

  • Preferred knowledge in C++ coding concepts.· In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter data model, BOM Management, Workflows.· Knowledge of Devops tools such as Jenkins for deployments and service restarts· Hands on experience in upgrade activities in Teamcenter, prioritization of enhancements and release management· Good Analytical and Problem-
  • Solving Skills.· Strong passion to learn technologies, framework, and strategies required to manage IT operations in a global organization.

  • Experience in installing, configuring 2-Tier & 4-Tier clients, file management server.· Experience with Shell Scripting.
